Schutzhund training is a sport for dogs ithat began in Germany early in the 1900?s as a method of testing different kinds of Alsation breeds for potential as police dogs. It was common to use a dogs appearance as a way of determining if it could be efficient as a police dog, Schutzhund gave trainers the opportunity to discover what dogs were best suited to the job. these days, Schutzhund training see many different breeds such as dobermans and rottweilers but the training is tough and not many dogs will eventually pass the training. Crate Training Puppies

The idea of crate training puppies if very hard for some dog owners as they view it as being cruel to their pup. But the truth is that dogs that have crates love them as it is their own safe haven where they can be warm and secure. The crate is their own personal space an they regard it as such. Which is why crate training a puppy is such a good idea from an early age.
